Acceleration of OpenFOAM® on GPUs

The following report presents the results from simulations performed at HPC Cluster for the following simulations:
- Cavity3D up to 32M cells, icoFoam, PCG on both CPU and GPU.
- AhmedBody, 2.2M cells, simpleFoam
- Cabin, 1.5M cells, simpleFoam
SpeedIT multi-gpu was used to replace iterative solvers with their GPU-accelerated versions.
