For those of you who have trouble staring at a white background the entire day, you can modify/export/import your color themes using settings specified at these directories:

[workspace]\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.runtime\.settings\org.eclipse.cdt.ui.prefs
[workspace]\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.runtime\.settings\org.eclipse.ui.editors.prefs

I find that the 'Norway Today' scheme from Netbeans is pretty easy on the eyes. If anyone would like to try my settings, replace the files with the ones that I've attached.
