Its my pleasure to show the third impression of the hvac gui for openfoam. Its just under development but I hope it will be usefull for the hvac engineer.

- CaseSetup for HVAC
- Calculate the sun position for the boundary with one click

The first tutorial just released. There is no better way for learning the HVAC GUI, watch and try.

Hi,

thanks a lot for your feedback. I am glad that you like the software so far. I will enlarge the functions and they will be a real aid to functions of Building simulation with OpenFOAM®. Much needlework will be replaced by automations.

Unfortunately, I cannot put out the software as an Open source project. For the commercial use a cheap charge will be promoted. However, I can imagine to give the software for students and promotion students for free.

I will introduce the software briefly at the next OpenFOAM® Stammtisch in Germany in the BoF-Seassion HVAC. I also hope to enable a beta version in September 2011.

As interface languages German, English and Chinese will be able to be selected
by the user. More languages will follow.
