About me: Obtained Master's degree in the area of aircraft and rocket engineering in 2002. Worked since 2001 till 2010 in turbo-machinery industry (gas turbines combustion system technologies). First, worked for Power Machines company, then since 2005 till 2010 for GE Energy at the lead engineer position in advanced technologies operations group. Since April of 2010 doing PhD project at Norwegian University of Science and Technology. PhD project is devoted to development of EDC combustion model for LES. OpenFOAM®® is used as main research tool.
