The registration fee includes all workshop material and activities, including training (and training material), participation in all sessions and the workshop banquet dinner. Since the OpenFOAM® Workshop is non-profit and community-driven, the workshop fees are kept as low as possible.

The registration will be online from April 1 to May 15, 2012. Please note the deadline for early-bird registration is strictly fixed and set to April 30, 2012.

Payment Policies

The enrollment process consists of 2 steps: (1) registration and (2) payment. You are forwarded automatically. Please prepare your credit card beforehand.

Important Notes:

If payment is not received, registration will be void without notification.
For security reasons, the payment system does not notify this site in any way. Please ignore corresponding warnings of the system. The payment has been successful if the message "Transaction successfully concluded" appears.

Receipt Information

You will have an e-mail receipt sent to you before the workshop (beginning of June). Please understand, that our administration can not check payment transaction on a case-by-case basis before. At the workshop there will also be receipts on paper available.

Cancellations

100% refund before May 1st
50% refund from May 1st to May 31st
No refund after May 31st

Any necessary refunds will be made after the workshop.
